- Dan Cohen, Director
Dan Cohen has been RMAE’s Director since the summer of 2009 and holds a non-voting seat on RMAE’s Board of Directors. He has been involved in various forms of education for twenty six years. He has taught in classrooms, national parks, and foreign countries. His work includes teaching and administrative endeavors in a variety of schools in California, Washington, Venezuela, and Colorado.
Dan, his wife, and their two daughters have lived in some of this country’s finest small towns, including Truckee, CA and Bainbridge Island, WA. They love the neighborly feel of small communities, especially those with a rampant outdoor life style. Having lived here for the last five years, Evergreen has become their favorite.
- Ned Parker, Parent Representative, President
Ned Parker was elected to the Board in 2011 and has previously served as Secretary. He has sat on the RMAE Facilities Committee since 2009, working through both the lower level design and construction, and the campus master planning effort. He actively volunteers to help fix and address issues on the campus task list.
Ned is employed by LTK Engineering Services and is leading the railcar procurement for the Denver Regional Transportation District’s (RTD) FasTracks program. He is a professional engineer with an M.S., Mechanical Engineering, from The University of Michigan and a B.S., Mechanical Engineering, from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
Ned and his wife Liesl have one daughter who has attended RMAE since 2008 and is currently in 4th grade. Liesl is the PTO Vice President, volunteers in the class room, helps run the RMAE library and book fairs.
- Aaron Lessig, Parent Representative, Vice President
Aaron Lessig joined the board in 2013 and currently serves as Vice President. Aaron and his wife Jessica have three children enrolled at RMAE (Josie – 9, Caleb – 6, and Grace – 5). Jessica is involved in the classroom and PTO as VP of Membership.
Aaron’s background includes 15+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management, and private equity. He currently is a partner at MC Ventures, as well as being involved in international energy development projects, and serves in executive and BOD roles for portfolio companies.
Aaron and Jessica have lived in Evergreen since 2000, with the exception of a short stint in Chicago. Aaron grew up in Kansas and graduated from the University of Kansas in 1996.
- Thomas Seybold, Parent Representative, Treasurer
Tom Seybold joined the board in 2013 and currently serves as Treasurer. Tom and his wife Stephanie have lived in Evergreen since 2007, their two daughters (Sophie age 8, Lindsay age 6) have been at RMAE since pre-kindergarten.
Tom’s background includes 20+ years working in financial services including roles at Key Government Finance, Inc., De Lage Landen Public Finance, and U.S. Bancorp where he is currently Vice President – Western Region for U.S. Bancorp Government Leasing and Finance, Inc.
Tom grew up in New York and is a graduate of Western State College of Colorado and New Hampshire College.
- Dana Price, Parent Representative, Secretary.
Dana Price was appointed to the Board in 2013 to fill the seat of a departing parent representative. She has been an active and dedicated parent and campus volunteer, serving with the PTO and volunteering her time in the classroom as well as the community.
Dana’s education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from East Carolina University in North Carolina and an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Drafting Technology from the College of Southern Idaho in Idaho. Her work experiences include Vice President of DRP Sales Associates in Colorado, Assistant Director of Admissions/Records for Cabrillo College in California, Accounting Manager for the Blaine County School District in Idaho and Draftsperson for Williams I Partners Architects in Idaho. She has also volunteered with Habitat for Humanity in Evergreen and is involved in extracurricular activities with her children serving as Coach, Team Manager, Team Treasurer or Cheerleader depending on the day.
Dana and her family moved to Evergreen four years ago from Hailey, Idaho. She and her husband, Daryl are proud parents of RMAE student’s Ryder (5th grade) and Payton (3rd grade).
- Jamie Price, Parent Representative
Jamie Price is new to the RMAE Board in 2013. Husband to Mary Beth Price and father to Stephen and Mitchell, the Prices have lived in Evergreen since 2001 and have been part of the school’s community since 2010.
Jamie is a native of Jefferson County and Colorado. His background as a business leader (Vice President /Sr. Area Manager for Parsons Brinckerhoff, Inc., an architectural and engineering services firm), and a community leader (Jefferson County Planning Commissioner), help him serve the school in a leadership role and board representative. Jamie is a registered professional engineer with the State of Colorado, and graduate of the Colorado School of Mines and University of California, Irvine. He currently serves as senior area manager for Parsons Brinckerhoff, responsible for sales and service in the states of Colorado and Wyoming.

- David Hadshell, Parent Representative
David Hadshell: I am the proud father of Luke, Alex, and Maria Hadsell. Luke graduated from RMAE in 2010 and Alex in 2011. Both my sons went through their entire elementary and middle school life at RMAE and were very well educated by the dedicated RMAE teachers and staff. Their RMAE education helped them be well prepared for Evergreen High School. My daughter Maria is currently in seventh grade and she has truly benefitted from the close attention that she has received from RMAE teachers and staff.
In my professional life, I am a part owner of Centennial Realty Advisors, a commercial property management and leasing firm. My job is to direct and motivate a team of dedicated professionals devoted to providing high quality property management services. I have served on several boards, including being the current chair for the Cherry Creek North Business Improvement District. The CCN BID is the second largest BID in Colorado and provides both marketing and maintenance services for the property owners and retailers in the Cherry Creek North area.
I have been heavily involved with RMAE in the past, as a founding Board member for several years and head of the facilities subcommittee for the original building on Bryant Drive. I later served with many other dedicated parents on the facilities subcommittee when we moved to our current location.
- Margaret Hogan, Parent Representative
Margaret Parnell Hogan was appointed to the board in 2013 to fulfill the term of a departing parent representative. Margaret and her husband George Hogan have three children enrolled at RMAE (George, III – 10, Jack – 9 and Nora – 5). Margaret has been a management-side employment litigator since 1999, is a partner in a national law firm – Littler Mendelson – and has represented companies around the country in employment matters. She has served in varying board roles as well as served as outside counsel to boards.
Margaret and George have lived in Evergreen since 2006. Margaret grew up in Minnesota and obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1994. She obtained her juris doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1999 and practiced law in Littler Mendelson’s Chicago, Illinois office until 2006 when she transferred to its Denver, Colorado office.
- Christine Riedlin, Teacher Representative
Christine Riedlin is serving a one-year term as the Teacher Representative on the Board. She came to RMAE in 200x and has taught 1st grade since that time. She is universally loved by her students and parents.
She and her husband have successfully raised two children in the Evergreen community. As a testament to her parenting skills, both children have recently left home and haven’t moved back…yet.
