About Me: I grew up in Maine where I enjoyed spending time on the many lakes and at the ocean in the summer and in the mountains during the winter. I graduated from the University of Maine at Farmington and spent my first years as a teacher in Maine. My weekends all winter were spent teaching skiing. In 2009 I moved out to Colorado and taught skiing at Copper Mountain. My summers were spent in Dubois, Wyoming working as a teacher/group leader for an outdoor adventure camp. This past summer I stayed in Colorado and worked for Rocky Mountain Camp as an Orton-Gillingham tutor and Outdoor Adventure leader. I am excited to join the team at Rocky Mountain Academy this year.
Interesting Fact: I love to ride my dirtbike in the summer and backcountry ski in the winter.
