6th Grade Math & Science
Join the 6th grade team of two. Looking for a Math and Science teacher to team with the English and History for two sections of 6th grade. 6th grade Core Knowledge math is analagous to the year before Pre-Algebra. 6th grade Copre Knowledge science is an integrated approach to several disciplines within science. Join the 7th and 8th grade staff to form the middle school team creating a small and personal experience. Enjoy and plan class outdoor education trips, fall and spring. The strong desire to work and connect with middle school students is absolutely necessary.
Elementary Highly Qualified status required, secondary math or science strongly desired.
Technology Director
RMAE seeks an experienced person to manage the school’s technology infrastructure and network. Duties include managing the school’s website, the technology lab, laptop carts, email system, etc. The Technology Director establishes procedures and protocols for managing the school’s technology equipment, including Smart boards and projectors. Ability to advise teaching staff on new advances in instructional programs is crucial. This is a 30 hour per week position with full benefits available.
7th & 8th Grade Math
RMAE seeks an enthusiastic and skilled person to teach up to five sections of Pre-Algebra, Algebra, and Geometry. Serve as an Advisor to either 7th or 8th grade students. Teach an elective of your design. Be an active member of the middle school team while cultivating a small and personal experience for one-hundred 7th and 8th graders. Enjoy and plan class outdoor education trips, fall and spring. The strong desire to work and connect with middle school students is absolutely necessary.
