3/18/2020- Directions for logging into SeeSaw
Hello Everyone,

Please follow these directions to set up your child's Seesaw account with their R.M.A.E. email address.  We will be using Seesaw in tandem with Google Classroom.  Google Classroom is where assignments will be posted.  Additionally, we will be using Zoom as a way to video chat with students.  

We will also be sending another email about student expectations.  Assignments will be posted daily on Google Classroom.  Daily attendance will be recorded through Google Classroom as well.  

Thank you for your patience while we learn all of these remote learning platforms!

Step 1: Students Join Your Class with Their Email Account

To join your class, students will:

  1. Open the Seesaw Class App or go to the Seesaw website using Chrome/Firefox.
  2. Tap I'm a Student.
  3. Tap Email / Google Account.
  4. Tap New Student (or sign in to existing account).
  5. Tap to Create Email Account or Use Google Account.
  6. Enter the Student Code for your class....HPOL VOAM

Hello!  I hope you were able to have a relaxing weekend.  As we move into uncharted territory I want to assure you that we will try and make this as seamless as possible for you and your student :)  I will be sending a couple emails today detailing what online platforms we will be using.  

First steps for today, I need you to follow the instructions below (thank you Julie Edmonds for testing this)
Here are the steps to get onto google classroom.
  1. Go to Google on a web browser
  2. Click sign in on the upper right (if you are already signed into a google account click on the circle on the upper right to choose a different account)
  3. Click use another account
  4. Enter your child's email address 
  5. Click next
  6. Enter password
    1. Your child’s pw is their student number  
    2. You can find your student’s student number in Infinite campus (
    3. Log in
    4. Click today in the left hand menu
    5. You will see the student number listed under your child's name
    6. The password has to be 8 digits so if your child's student ID is less than 8 digits add zeros to the beginning to get it to 8 digits
  7. Click next
  8. Read account setup and click accept
  9. This will probably take you back to the google home page, click the 9 dots in upper right hand corner
  10. Scroll down and click classroom
  11. Ensure that your child's email address is listed in the box and click continue
  12. Click on student as your role
  13. This will take you to the google classroom.
  14. Click on join for “Mrs. Grose’s classroom”
  15. It will show you how to add a posts, you can just click “got it”
