Promptness is an important responsibility for students to learn.

K – 3rd Grades: 8:00 a.m.– 3:00 p.m.

Students wait outside of the K – 3 building, grouped by grade, prior to 7:55 a.m.

4th & 5th  Grades:  8:00 a.m. – 3:15 p.m.

Students wait outside of the K – 3 building, grouped by grade, prior to 7:55 a.m.

6th – 8th Grade 7:45 a.m. – 3:15 p.m.

Students may enter the Middle School building at 7:35 a.m.  Middle School students are expected to be in attendance and prepared for class by 7:45 a.m.

Students should not arrive before 7:30 am nor stay after 3:30 p.m. Supervision on school grounds is only available between these times.

If you are unable to pick-up your student due to an unforeseen situation, you must make arrangements with someone from your emergency contact list to pick up your student from school on-time. If we have not heard from you or are unable to reach you, we will attempt to contact your emergency contacts. However, as a last resort, if we are unable to reach you or an emergency contact we will contact legal authorities and request their help if necessary.

If a student arrives after their scheduled arrival time, he or she must be signed in at the office by an adult and will be counted tardy excused. If an adult does not sign in a tardy student, the student will be counted as tardy NOT excused.  Students will not be permitted into their classroom after school has begun without a tardy pass.  (We must do it this way to satisfy Jeffco Attendance policies.)
